The Whitfield

The Whitfield Hotel on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale is adding 17 luxury condominiums as part of their highly anticipated redesign project. The new 12-story luxury building and is expected to offer 81 hotel rooms with an exclusive 17 residential condos. The Whitfield Hotel will operate under the Leading Hotels of the World brand.

The Whitfield condos would range from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet, and include two penthouses, measuring 5,500 and 6,000 square feet. The luxury condos will share amenities with the hotel, and is expected to include a rooftop pool, a large spa, and a rooftop café, while maintaining a separate condo lobby.
