The Luxury Folio wants every visitor to be able to browse properties and reach us easily, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.
Our Standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project, and we review the site periodically as content and technology change.
Steps We Take
- Adding descriptive alternative text to property photography and graphics
- Maintaining readable text sizes and sufficient color contrast
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus states
- Using clear headings and link text so pages can be scanned by assistive technology
- Reviewing new pages and templates for accessibility before they go live
Known Limitations
Some parts of this site rely on third-party technology that we do not fully control, including our MLS/IDX property search, embedded maps, video players and scheduling tools. Older documents and some marketing renderings supplied by developers may also not be fully accessible. We are addressing these as our vendors release updates, and we will provide the same information another way on request.
