With more than two decades of experience in luxury real estate development, finance, and investment strategy, Kenneth Baboun has established himself as one of South Florida’s leading developers of high-end residential, mixed-use, and waterfront communities. As Managing Member of BGI Companies, he oversees every stage of the development process—from acquisition and financial structuring to project execution, branding, and market positioning—creating distinctive properties that deliver long-term value for both investors and homeowners.

Since 2003, Baboun has directed development initiatives across some of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets, including Manhattan, Miami, Brickell, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach County. His portfolio spans luxury condominiums, multifamily communities, commercial developments, and mixed-use projects, each carefully designed to meet evolving market demand while maximizing investment performance.

Before founding BGI Companies, Baboun served as President of BBB Group, where he led several multimillion-dollar developments throughout South Florida, including a landmark 49-story luxury residential tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Brickell Plaza Development, further strengthening his reputation for delivering sophisticated urban developments in highly competitive markets.

Today, Baboun leads BGI Companies through a fully integrated development platform that combines expertise in acquisitions, finance, architecture, design coordination, construction management, sales and marketing, project management, and strategic planning. By bringing together specialized divisions under one organization, BGI streamlines the development process, improves operational efficiency, and creates exceptional communities that stand apart in today’s luxury real estate marketplace.

Throughout his career, Baboun has collaborated with leading architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and financial professionals, managing every aspect of complex development projects from concept through completion. His disciplined approach to budgeting, investment analysis, and execution has consistently positioned his developments for long-term success.

His leadership has earned numerous industry accolades, including recognition as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, South Florida Business & Wealth’s Up & Comer, the 2021 Finance Award for Innovation, and the prestigious Visionary Award presented by the Developers & Builders Alliance.

Kenneth Baboun earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bentley University and is a Certified Fund Manager through the American Association of Private Lenders.
